great location but needed better maintenance

The location by the water is spectacular, making our stay enjoyable despite the storm. The room was well-designed, allowing us to relax and unwind during our brief visit.

It was a decent choice for a short stay in Madison at a reasonable price. I especially appreciated how the staff took care of our dog, bringing her water during meals. Make sure to check out the food at the on-site restaurant. it’s pretty good.

Ice machines on the floors would be a nice addition rather than relying on the concierge, who expected tips for bringing ice. Overall, the property was well-maintained and relaxing, but there are a few areas they could improve on to enhance the guest experience.
